Before she started her own firm, Barb served as Marketing and Sales Director for a number of developers and builders, including Savannah Quarters just outside Savannah proper, Chestatee on Lake Lanier in Georgia, Arthur Rutenberg Homes at Palencia in St Augustine, FL, and Palmetto Dunes Resort on Hilton Head Island, SC among others. During her career in the development business, she oversaw the sale of thousands of properties.
